Domestic Shipping  

Interested in free shipping? Every purchase including at least one Cobalt Rose™️ bra qualifies for free domestic ground shipping.

We aim to dispatch domestic parcels within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on U.S. holidays, and shipping times may vary with carriers during those periods.

Please note this fulfillment time is not included in the timeframes listed at checkout or in the listing below. Even if your parcel is dropped off at UPS, it might not depart the UPS store until the following business day depending on their driver pick-up times.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use an alternative address at checkout.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

We cannot cancel your order once placed. If you need to update your shipping address or method, please contact us immediately.

International Shipping

We will ship anywhere in the world. Our site is currently setup to ship directly to Canada and Europe. Please email us at Info@cobalt-rose.com to handle your order if your country is not listed or if you have any questions about international shipping. We will present you with the best shipping options currently available.

Cobalt Rose does not cover the costs for customs, duties and/or taxes incurred during worldwide deliveries. 

Please note that shipping on all orders is non-refundable.

We cannot cancel your order once placed. If a shipment is undeliverable due to nonpayment of import taxes, incorrect address, multiple failed attempts, or other reasons, we will not be able to process refunds for the order.

Returns, including duties and taxes, are at the cost of the customer.

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Once proof of delivery is generated by the shipping courier, we cannot be held responsible for the package.
