Returns and Exchanges

As a small business, we are committed to providing you excellent customer service. If something did not work out for you, we are happy to offer free returns on all domestic orders. We appreciate your support and patience.

 

Domestic Return Service

  1. Please contact us at Returns@cobalt-rose.com with your order number in the subject line to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form.
  2. Fill out the RMA form with your RMA number and include it with your returned items. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
  3. Please confirm that the items you return follow these guidelines:
    1. All items need to be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your package. We’d appreciate a speedy return as we operate with limited inventory.
    2. All returns must be accompanied by the completed Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
    3. All returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
    4. All returned items must be free from odors, stains, or any other conditions that would prevent us from selling the items as new.
    5. All original tags MUST be attached.
    6. We cannot accept any items for return that are worn, damaged or altered from their original condition. Unauthorized or ineligible returns will not be accepted.
    7. For hygienic reasons, panties are not returnable.
  4. Please reuse the box and bag you received your order in and repackage the returned items securely to prevent any damage or undue wrinkling during transit.
  5. We recommend insurance and tracking for the box. If it is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot process the items for return.

  7. All eligible returns will be refunded and credited to your original payment method OR issued a store credit, as you wish. You will be notified by email with information about your refund or store credit once your return has been received and processed.

International Return Service

For our international customers, please note that returns, including duties and taxes, are at the cost of the customer.

Please note: Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Exchanges

At this time we are not able to process exchanges within the same order. If you wish to exchange an item for an alternative style, color, or size, please return the item for a refund and purchase the new item separately.

Store Credit

Once we receive your return, your store credit code will be emailed to you. Store credits are good for one year from the date of issue. To use your code, simply enter the code at checkout.  Store codes cannot be applied after your order has been placed.
